  10. RWQL is a copyrighted program being distributed under the Donationware 
  11. concept.  As such you can use RWQL for an unlimited amount of time and never
  12. pay a dime.  OR, if you use the program, send a note stating what you think
  13. of it with a buck or two.  All proceeds go back into the business <G>.

  15. RWQL may be distributed by any means possible.  Shareware distributors may
  16. distribute copies of RWQL for a modest fee, not to exceed $6 per disk.

  37. Ok, this is just a quick text doc explaining RWQL.
  38.  
  39. All RWQL is designed to do it let a TriBBS sysop know how many of his users
  40. have conferences queued..  Basically this can be used for deciding on dead
  41. conferences..
  42.  
  43. To run RWQL, put RWQL.EXE in a TriBBS directory (doesn't matter if it is node
  44. one or one-hundred)..
  45.  
  46. You can run RWQL without any command line arguments, and it will create a
  47. list called QUEUE.LST.  Alternatively you can tell RWQL what filename to use.
